Dan created the Offshore Wind Now! coalition to combine labor, environmental justice, the Schwarzenegger Institute, and environmental organizations.

In the first year, Dan worked with the coalition partners to build trust, create a frame for the issue, and build support with decision-makers.

Now the state is on the cusp of permitting wind turbines off the coast of California.
